    Nutrition and AMD: a research update

    A webinar presented by MDFA Research Grant recipient, Diana Tang, on research into nutrition and age-related macular degeneration.

    About the presenter

    Diana Tang is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and researcher. She recently completed her PhD in nutrition and AMD, under the guidance of leading AMD researcher, Professor Bamini Gopinath and ophthalmologist Professor Paul Mitchell. Much of Diana’s research has focused on developing and implementing interventions aimed at improving the mental and physical wellbeing of people impacted by AMD. Diana also was the recipient of a MDFA Research Grant this year. She is committed to raising awareness about AMD among the next generation of healthcare professionals by regularly lecturing undergraduate students on this topic.
