    Let’s talk about vision loss

Being diagnosed with a macular disease or losing vision can be confronting. No one’s experience is the same.

The impact will depend on your eye condition and how much vision you have.

Your living situation and your stage of life will also make a huge difference to how vision loss changes your day-to-day situation.

But with the right information and support, it’s possible to live well, and live independently.

This video series on vision loss and your eye health discusses some of the key questions we hear.

If you need further information, we’re here to help. We also have a range of peer support options. Just call our National Helpline on 1800 111 709. All MDFA services are free.
