Check My Macula is an online initiative to encourage Australians over 50 to visit their optometrist for a comprehensive eye examination, including a check of the macula.
After completing a short online quiz that raises awareness of the risk factors for macular disease, respondents are urged to book an eye exam using the Find an Optometrist page.
