To be eligible to participate in this project, you must:
- Have Macular Degeneration
- Be registered with MD Foundation
- Have access to a computer with broadband internet connection
- Be proficient in the use of the internet OR have a family member, friend or carer who can regularly load content from the website
- Be willing to participate in the evaluation of the project
Due to the high level of interest for the Navigator Home Access Program we currently have no places available in the program. However, we encourage you to complete the Expression of Interest form to be placed on the program waiting list.
